RECEIVES AND TRANSCRIBES PHYSICIAN'S ORDERS.REQUESTS LAB WORK, SCHEDULE X-RAYS, DR'S POOINTMENTS, ETC PER DR'S ORDERS.NOTIFY RESPONSIBLE PARTY FOR ANY INCIDENT, CHANGE IN CONDITION, OR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS OF RESIDENTS.MAKE TRANSPORTATION ARRANGEMENTS FOR RESIDENTS AS NEEDED.7AM – 3PM SHIFT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR REVIEWING LABS AND PLACING THEM IN CHART.3PM – 11PM SHIFT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR DOCUMENTING WEIGHTS AND REPORT ANY SIGNIFICANT CHANGES TO DIETARY. RECEIVE, CHECK AND SIGN DELIVERY FROM PHARMACY.11PM – 7AM SHIFT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR CHARTING VITAL SIGNS, CHECK AND HAVE MARS AND TREATMENT BOOKS READY FOR THE NEXT MONTH AS SOON AS PHARMACT SEND THEM, FAX ORDERS TO PHARMACY ON SATURDAY, TUESDAY AND THURSDAY. RESPONSIBLE FOR CHECKING EMERGENCY CARTS AND EXPIRATION DATES ON ALL MULTIDOSE VIALS DAILY. ON SUNDAYS, 11-7 SHIFT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR DEFROSTING AND CLEANING REFRIGERATORS AND MED CARTS, MAKE COPIES OF DAILY WORKSHEET AND MIDNIGHT CENSUS AND DISTRIBUTE TO DESIGNATED OFFICES.DISCIPLINE C.N.A.
