Pediatrician – 100% Outpatient

Join a nonprofit community health center delivering essential pediatric care to underserved families across San Bernardino, Colton, Fontana, Riverside, Corona, and Moreno Valley.

This is a rewarding opportunity to practice outpatient pediatrics in a supportive, team-based environment—while enjoying everything Southern California has to offer.


Your Role

  • 100% Outpatient Pediatrics

  • Monday–Friday, 40-hour schedule (occasional Saturday possible)

  • Provide primary/ambulatory care to underserved communities

  • Collaborative, mission-driven care team

  • EMR proficiency required

  • Fully supported practice environment


Compensation & Perks

  • $240,000 – $270,000 salary (based on experience)

  • $20,000 sign-on bonus

  • $10,000 relocation assistance

  • NHSC Loan Repayment Program eligibility
