As a Trades Pro Specialist, you'll become the trusted sales partner for local contractors, businesses, schools, municipalities, and government organizations. You'll build lasting customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and provide tailored solutions that help your customers get the tools and equipment they need to keep their operations running.
This isn't a traditional retail position. What You'll Do
Every day is different, but your focus is simple: help local businesses succeed while growing your customer portfolio.
You'll:
  • Build and strengthen relationships with contractors, businesses, schools, municipalities, and government customers.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend solutions that help their businesses operate more efficiently.
  • Grow existing customer accounts while identifying new business opportunities.
  • Follow up on leads through phone, email, and in-person conversations.
  • Prepare quotes, assist with bids, and help customers find the right products for their projects.

Who We're Looking For
