Pay: $26.00 - $45.00 an hour, depending on experience and certifications with the ability to make $100k+ based on performance
Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday with rotating on-call and seasonal overtime
Location: Field-based residential service role with daily dispatch from home

In this role, you will diagnose, repair, service, and maintain residential HVAC equipment, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and indoor air quality systems. You will perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot complex system issues, communicate repair recommendations clearly to homeowners, and provide a high level of customer service. This position requires strong technical ability, professionalism in customer homes, and the ability to work independently while maintaining communication with dispatch throughout the day.

Qualified candidates should have strong residential HVAC diagnostic and repair experience, EPA certification, excellent customer communication skills, and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
