Northern Light Mercy Hospital is seeking a full time BC/BE Total Joint Orthopedic Surgeon to join its established, successful Orthopedic practice in Falmouth and Portland, Maine. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative, patient-centered team in one of New England s most desirable coastal communities.

• 2 days in the OR and 3 days in the clinic each week, with the flexibility to increase OR time as patient demand grows.
• Shared 1:4 call rotation.

Compensation Information:

• $800,000 annual base salary with the ability to earn additional compensation based on productivity.
• The compensation range listed reflects the range Northern Light Health anticipates relying on in setting the wages for the position. The range may not necessarily include all additional compensation elements available, including but not limited to call pay, leadership stipends, etc.
