Northern Light Mercy Hospital is seeking a BC/BE Otolaryngologist to join its established, successful Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT) practice in Portland, Maine. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative, patient-centered team in one of New England’s most desirable coastal communities. The incoming physician will be well-positioned to build a thriving practice with institutional support and community connections.

Practice in a Thriving, Well-Supported Environment:

• 2 ENTs and 2 experienced APPs
• 3 in-house audiologists and 1 speech-language pathologist

Compensation Information:

• $500,500 annual base salary with the ability to earn additional compensation based on productivity.
• The compensation range listed reflects the range Northern Light Health anticipates relying on in setting the wages for the position.  The range may not necessarily include all additional compensation elements available, including but not limited to call pay, leadership stipends, etc.
