Description

Northern Light Mercy Hospital is seeking aBC/BE Otolaryngologistto join its established, successful Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT) practice inPortland, Maine. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative, patient-centered team in one of New England’s most desirable coastal communities. The incoming physician will be well-positioned tobuild a thriving practice with institutional support and community connections.

  • 4-day work week
  • 1:4 call rotation, low call volume, and no in-house call requirement
  • 328 hours of annual PTO and additional Paid Parental Time for new parents

Practice in a Thriving, Well-Supported Environment:

  • Strong multidisciplinary team, including:
  • 2 ENTs and 2 experienced APPs
  • 3 in-house audiologists and 1 speech-language pathologist
  • Skilled RN, MAs, and front office support staff
  • Deep community ties and robust referral patterns
  • Ability to quickly grow a high-volume, successful practice

Compensation Information:

  • $500,500 annual base salary with the ability to earn additional compensation based on productivity.
  • The compensation range listed reflects the range Northern Light Health anticipates relying on in setting the wages for the position. The range may not necessarily include all additional compensation elements available, including but not limited to call pay, leadership stipends, etc.
