Northeastern Vermont Regional Hospital (NVRH), a not for profit rural critical access hospital, is excited to welcome applicants to our New Graduate Nurse Residency Program on our Medical-Surgical Unit. This structured, year-long transition-to-practice program is designed to help newly licensed nurses begin their careers with confidence, competence, and exceptional support.

Program Overview: 12-Month Transition to Practice Experience

The NVRH New Graduate Nurse Residency Program provides a comprehensive, hands-on onboarding experience tailored to support new nurses.
