Stewart's Shops is expanding in Vermont. We are a growing convenience store chain in New York and Vermont with friendly store associates and great customers. We are seeking out food service auditors with flexible schedules to join our current shop support team in Vermont shops.Stewart's Shops is known for: Our fun work atmosphere - Our shops are fast paced and fun to work in

You will work with people who are owners and get to know many of our long term and loyal customers. Flexible schedules - We offer our partners a part-time flexible schedule. Whether you are looking for mornings, evenings, or just weekends- we probably have the schedule that will work for you.

Many of our partners go on to be Assistant Managers, Shop Trainers, Managers, Auditors, or join corporate staff. We provide our customers with various food and drink options that are freshly prepared in our shops

It is important that all our partners are educated on how to properly handle food and prevent foodborne illnesses. Our Food Safety staff teaches best practices to prevent food contamination and ensure we are serving our customers fresh, quality, safe foods!Food Safety Responsibilities: Train shop partners to properly prepare food items such as pastries, sandwiches, wraps, hot dogs, hamburgers, pizza and various other quick & easy "food on the go" options. Teach shop partners to prepare coffee and keep multiple flavor options fresh and available throughout the day.

Demonstrate and train the team to clean, maintain, and properly use all food service equipment. Audit shop adherence to food safety standards. Support shops in daily operations including stocking, assisting customers, maintaining shop cleanliness standards, receiving deliveries, and placing orders.

Support food service standards in shops through organizing and holding regular partner meetings. Communicate shop food program promotions with partners and customers. Travel from shop to shop in designated area.We Offer: $18-$20/hour starting pay based on experience
