9:00 A.M - 5:00 P.M (Monday - Friday)
Duties & Responsibilities
PURPOSE OF POSITION
Serve as Administrator for Adult Outpatient Mental Health services: Adult Outpatient MHOTORS Program, including Integrated Outpatient Service (IOS), Outpatient Support Team (OST), Adult Outpatient Department (AOPD), Clozapine Program.
SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Oversee daily operations of the Outpatient Mental Health Programs for a census of 3,000 patients: IOS, OST, AOPD and Clozapine Program.
  • Work in collaboration with CPEP, inpatient, medical services and community partners regarding referrals to outpatient programs, manage program intake calendar, ensure timely access to care and maintain target TNAA.
  • Point person for all projects/initiatives in the H+H system related to outpatient mental health services
  • Liaison with regulatory agencies like OMH/DOH
  • Creation of all SOW, training, and other relevant documents for day to day functioning and survey readiness
  • Oversee all data collection, analysis and reports to Quality management department and other regulatory agencies
  • Maintain target metrics and create/implement PI as needed, Access metrics (TNAA, Fill Rate, Booking Rate, No Show Rate)
  • Work with Finance and Utilization management closely in billing and encounter completion
  • Maintain Policies and Procedures
  • Template management and scheduling SOW lead for Outpatient Programs
  • Oversight of registration staff and procedures, including registration, scheduling, work queues, referral queues and e-consults
  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications
1. Possession of a valid license and current registration to practice in a mental health discipline issued by the
New York State Education Department (NYSED); and
2. Three (3) years of progressively responsible experience in a health care setting or regulatory agency
administration, with an emphasis on development and evaluation of mental health delivery services; one (1)
year of which must have been in an administrative, managerial or supervisory capacity.
