Roles and Responsibilities

The role of a Guest Service Sales Associate (GSA) is to represent European Wax Center in a professional and consistent manner while upholding the company’s core values. To make all guests look and feel confident is our goal by delighting our guests with the greatest customer service experience.  

As a Sales/Guest Service Associate at European Wax Center, you will use your expertise in sales and customer service to ensure every moment is an opportunity to build a connection with guests.
