• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Social Worker - R Privilege (LCSW-R), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build a trusting therapeutic alliance with clients.
• Empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude toward clients' varied life experiences and challenges.
• Robust organizational and time-management abilities, facilitating the management of caseloads and administrative duties effectively.

• Experience in providing remote counseling and adapting therapeutic approaches for virtual sessions.
• Proficiency in utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and client management.
• Experience working with specialized populations, such as veterans, LGBTQ+ individuals, or those with co-occurring disorders, is a plus.
