Minimum Qualifications
  • Eligibility to work in the United States on a full-time basis
  • Associate’s Degree or higher required
    • If you do not have an Associate’s Degree, you can still be eligible for a paraprofessional license if you have at least 60 semester hours of post-secondary coursework, or a
    • High School Diploma or GED and a score of 460 or higher on the ETS Parapro state exam

Compensation & Benefits       

Given the importance of our support staff to the success of our schools, Noble offers among the top hourly rates of any schools in the Chicagoland area. Starting compensation is based on degree attainment and work experience.       

Compensation for this position falls between $22.00 per hour and $27.00 per hour, which represents the average for staff in this role. Factors such as years of experience and skill sets may impact placement within, or outside, this range.
