Job description

Ameriguard Agency Inc is hiring two experienced Insurance Producers to join our sales team a dedicated sales unit built entirely around new home buyers.


Here's how it works: our established Mortgage Division partner currently receives 500 requests per month from home buyers who have opted in directly from their loan application to receive a home insurance quote. These are not recycled internet leads. These are real people, in an active purchase, who asked for help. They come to you.


Your job is to find them the best coverage option available, round out the account with additional lines where it makes sense auto, umbrella, and more and deliver the kind of experience that earns a client for life.


Why this role is unique: No prospecting required. Every lead has already expressed interest in a home insurance quote. You focus on people, relationships, and closing not hunting for business.

Responsibilities

Work a steady flow of warm, opted-in home buyer leads quoting and binding home insurance for clients who are actively ready to purchase


Round out every account look for opportunities to add auto, umbrella, and other coverages that genuinely benefit the client


Build strong, trusted relationships with Loan Officers to ensure smooth lead handoffs and a seamless client experience


Manage your pipeline, manage follow-ups, and hit monthly production goals consistently


Represent Ameriguard with professionalism and care every client interaction should feel like a five-star experience


Requirements


Active Property & Casualty insurance license (required)


Independent Insurance Experience Preferred


Self-motivated and driven you thrive on goals and don't need someone looking over your shoulder


Proven experience in insurance sales you know how to take a quote to a close


Strong communicator clear and confident with clients, loan officers, and teammates.


Relationship-oriented you understand that trust is built over time and you know how to nurture it


Ability to work quickly and accurately in a high-volume lead environment
