To start a no experience tech career, focus on learning foundational skills such as basic programming, troubleshooting, or using common tools like Microsoft Office or Google Workspace. Obtain entry-level certifications like CompTIA IT Fundamentals or Google IT Support to demonstrate your knowledge, and consider internships or volunteer opportunities to gain practical experience. Building a portfolio or gaining hands-on practice through online courses can also improve your chances of landing an entry-level position.

Strong communication, a positive attitude, and adaptability set candidates apart in team-based and customer-focused environments. These qualities enable effective troubleshooting, quick skill development, and successful support of both users and teammates in a fast-paced tech setting.
