  • Day shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Summary:
  • Active, physical role that includes operating an electric pallet jack, and/or forklift
  • Accurately identify, verify, record, and receive inbound shipments
  • Ensure product and packaging quality
  • Work with and instruct other individuals in ensuring proper sorting, segregating, staging, and flowing of inbound product

Minimum Requirements:
  • Previous forklift operation experience
  • Up to 1 year related warehouse experience or training
  • Frequently lift product that weighs 10lb - 75lbs and up to 100lbs
  • Ability to work with specific computer software, specifically, the Sysco Warehouse Management System (SWMS) and Gagnon
  • Able to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations
  • Perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurements, volume, and distance
