Personal Care Assistant (PCA) Job Description:

Bathing Assistance

Toileting Assistance

Assistance with ADLs (Activities of daily living)

Meal Preparation

Transfer/Mobility Assistance

Medication Reminders

Light Housekeeping (linen changes, laundry, dishes, sweep, mop)

Cleaning Kitchen and Bathroom

Shopping, errands, and transportation

Requirements:

Must be 18 years or older (maturity is a must)

Driver's license and social security Card

Proof of negative TB test within in last 12 months (preferred)

Genuine care for others and the willingness to learn

  • Requires flexibility to work in an environment with a dynamic schedule that may change as needed

  • Must be willing to travel at least 30 to 40 minutes
