Heartfelt Connections Home Care is seeking outstanding Care Providers! We are looking for mature, compassionate, and dependable caregivers to support our mission to provide quality heartfelt care to seniors and others with physical limitations in our client's home.

Personal Care Assistant (PCA) Job Description:

  • Bathing Assistance
  • Toileting Assistance
  • Assistance with ADLs (Activities of Daily Living)
  • Meal Preparation
  • Transfer/Mobility Assistance

  • Light Housekeeping (linen changes, laundry, dishes, sweep, mop)

  • Must be willing to work weekdays and weekends as needed
  • Must be willing to travel at least 30 to 40 minutes
