Join our Corporate Information Technology team as an I.T. Help Desk Technician and play a vital role in delivering exceptional technical support across the organization. In this customer-focused position, you will serve as the first point of contact for end users, troubleshooting hardware, software, networking, printer, and system-related issues while ensuring timely resolution or escalation. You'll assist with technology projects, maintain IT inventory and equipment, document solutions, and help create a positive technology experience for employees and guests alike.

The ideal candidate is a problem solver with strong communication skills, a passion for customer service, and experience supporting Microsoft-based environments. A high school diploma or GED is required, while IT certifications (A+, Network+) and experience with virtualization, Cisco, Linux, or help desk environments are preferred.
