Job description

Role Overview: As an Enrollment & EDI Processor, you will:

  • Process enrollments, terminations, and changes through the system with a thorough understanding of each clients enrollment requirements
  • Proper and expeditious answering of all client questions regarding enrollment procedures and/or problems
  • Review daily reports from EDI loads.
  • Provide prompt and accurate feedback to vendors on items needing review; Work with internal IT team on internal errors
  • Ensure daily reporting provides all information needed to follow all policy and procedures as defined by Underwriting
  • Troubleshooting ongoing file issues

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong communication skills
  • Great attention to detail
  • Intermediate knowledge of Excel
  • Strong knowledge of 834 EDI transactions, including loop structures, segments, and implementation guidelines.
  • Prior insurance experience preferred.
