Job description

Position: Enrollment Processor

Compensation: $ 20 /hour, depending on experience

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Enrollment Processor to join their team!

This is a strong contract opportunity supporting high-volume open enrollment activity through March 2027. You’ll join a team that is currently growing, helping keep enrollment operations running smoothly while making a real impact for members and customers.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Process enrollment-related requests with accuracy and speed
  • Audit ID cards and supporting documents
  • Scan documents and create complete enrollment packets
  • Assist with incoming mail and related administrative tasks
  • Train on banking information procedures
  • Handle a high volume of calls professionally
  • Support multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Detail-oriented with strong accuracy
  • Comfortable using computers and standard office systems
  • Ability to multitask in a busy environment
  • Experience handling a high volume of calls
  • Ability to scan, organize, and manage documents
  • Reliable Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM schedule
  • Willingness to learn new processes quickly

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience in enrollment support
  • Background in administrative or customer service roles
  • Experience working in high-volume operations
  • Flexibility to adjust schedule after training
