The Learning Experience in Hilliard is looking for an energetic, motivated, and results-driven Enrollment Growth Manager to help grow enrollment, increase qualified family leads, book tours, and convert interested families into enrolled children. This role is focused on one main goal: growing enrollment.
Position Summary

The Enrollment Growth Manager will be responsible for managing the enrollment pipeline from the first parent inquiry through the childs start date. This includes responding to leads quickly, booking tours, following up with families, supporting registration, building community relationships, and helping the center grow enrollment.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is comfortable with sales, follow-up, phone calls, written communication, and relationship-building. This person must be organized, professional, friendly, and able to track progress daily.
Key Responsibilities

  • Respond quickly to all new leads by phone, text, and email
  • Follow up with old leads, past inquiries, and families who toured but did not enroll
  • Book center tours and confirm tour appointments
  • Follow up after every tour within 24 hours
  • Help move families from inquiry to tour, tour to registration, and registration to start date
  • Track each lead through the enrollment process
  • Maintain strong communication with the Center Director and leadership team
  • Support parent referral campaigns
  • Ask satisfied families for Google reviews
  • Help build partnerships with local businesses, apartment communities, pediatric offices, churches, realtors, employers, and community organizations
  • Represent the center professionally at local events and community outreach opportunities
  • Provide daily updates on leads, tours, registrations, and expected starts
  • Help identify where families are dropping off in the enrollment process
  • Support marketing campaigns and enrollment promotions as needed
Performance Expectations

The person in this role will be measured by results, consistency, and follow-through.
Key performance indicators may include:
  • Responding to new leads within 5 minutes during business hours
  • Completing 40 to 60 parent outreach touches per day, including calls, texts, and emails
  • Booking 10 to 15 tours per week
  • Maintaining a strong tour confirmation and show-up rate
  • Increasing tour-to-registration conversion
  • Increasing registration-to-start conversion
  • Generating 8 to 15 new starts per month
  • Helping generate 4 to 8 new Google reviews per month
  • Producing positive net enrollment growth each month
  • Maintaining accurate notes and reporting on the enrollment pipeline
