Description

Premier Early Childhood Education Partners is a private early childhood education organization seeking an Enrollment Specialist! This is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated, energetic professional who is passionate about early childhood education.  
 
To be QUALIFIED for this position, we require a high school diploma. A college degree and experience in early childhood education is a plus.  
 
Required Shift: Monday – Friday, 9:00am - 6:00pm EST

This is a hybrid position, with three days per week onsite at our Southfield office located at 20700 Civic Center Drive - Suite 500, Southfield, MI 48076, and two days per week working from home.
 
Compensation: $40,000 per year, based on education and experience + up to $2,500 bonuses per quarter

Our Hiring Process:  
  • Resume screen 
  • Phone screen with Recruiter (30 minutes) 
  • Virtual interview with Enrollment Manager (45 minutes) 
  • Virtual Interview with Chief Strategy Officer (30 minutes)

Main Job Responsibilities:  
  • Proactively contact and respond to prospective families via telephone, email, and SMS  
  • Establish rapport and build relationships via phone, email, or SMS in a high-volume call environment 
  • Provide timely, accurate information to prospective families and Premier directors to assist in enrollment decisions  
  • Coordinate and lead enrollment meetings with center directors  
  • Assist regional directors with the training and support of center directors with respect to the enrollment process and CRM system
