Reports to: DISC Front Desk Supervisor
FLSA Status: Part-Time, Non-Exempt, $15/hour
SUMMARY:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Answer phones, route calls, and take messages for appropriate DISC personnel
  • Provide knowledge of the Decatur Indoor Sports Center and Decatur Park District activities to patrons and callers including giving directions to different facilities at times
  • Collecting and following procedures for Decatur Indoor Sports Center membership pass registrations and Decatur Park District activity registrations
  • Run cash register, prepare daily cash deposit, and verify cash drawer at beginning and end of shift
  • Check in patrons for activities, leagues, and membership visits
  • Collect money for any unpaid fees for activities and/or leagues
  • Update sign in sheets for activities and leagues
  • Photocopier, scanner, and fax machine operation
  • Cleaning of Front Desk area and office space
  • Filing of various registration forms as requested
  • Perform special projects and duties as assigned
  • Organizing files

QUALIFICATIONS:
