Manage the day-to-day operations of Storage Facility
Helping customers with their storage needs and provide assistance
Help customers with unit rentals, truck rentals and moving supplies
Handle cash, check and credit card payments
Make collection calls to delinquent customers
Ensure the facility meets the highest cleanliness standards
Work with maintenance staff to ensure all repairs are achieved in a timely manner
Work independently on daily tasks
Qualifications
Customer service experience (i.e. retail sales, restaurant, sales associate, front desk, site management, and/or other customer-centered sales roles)
Experience in a leadership or supervisory role is helpful, but not required
Computer skills with basic applications (outlook, wordโ€ฆetc)
