As a Front Desk Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a welcoming and empathetic atmosphere at the Front Desk of our Health Center for our patients in the community. The Full Time Front Desk Coordinator at Recovery Consultants of Atlanta will serve as the vital first point of contact for patients, families, visitors, and partners, employing trauma-informed and culturally responsive practices to foster an empathetic atmosphere. This role is central to facilitating timely access to care by efficiently managing patient flow and minimizing wait times, while ensuring that patients fully understand the intake processes and scheduling expectations. Daily responsibilities include scheduling and confirming appointments, verifying insurance eligibility, and maintaining accurate documentation to support compliance with CARF and CCBHC Core Standards. This position also involves operational coordination tasks, such as managing the front desk environment, maintaining compliance with HIPAA standards, and supporting billing staff in resolving discrepancies.

The Front Desk Coordinator will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere aligned with RCA's mission while contributing to an organized and efficient operational workflow.

What you need to be successful

To excel as a Full Time Front Desk Coordinator at Recovery Consultants of Atlanta, candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with an Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
