Job description

Pharmacy Technician

Under the supervision of the Pharmacy Director, causes all Pharmacy functions to be completed using the outlined policies, procedures and standards developed for providing the maximum level of services to assure that care is provided to all patients including adult, adolescent, pediatric and neonatal patients.

Must be a graduate of a College of Pharmacy accredited by the American Council of Pharmaceutical Education.

Current Oklahoma Pharmacy License as a Registered Pharmacist and Preceptor.

Three (3) months experience as a hospital pharmacist.

Five (5) years experience as a hospital pharmacist.
