About the Role:

The Case Management Supervisor plays a critical leadership role in overseeing and guiding a team of case managers and social workers to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient services. This position ensures an appropriate level of care, supports accurate and timely documentation, and promotes optimal reimbursement. The Case Manager Supervisor collaborates with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes while maintaining compliance with organizational policies and state regulations.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • Current Oklahoma Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in case management or a related client service role.
  • At least 1 year of supervisory or team leadership experience.
  • Strong knowledge of case management principles, practices, and relevant regulations.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with diverse populations and multidisciplinary teams.
