If you are nocturnal and enjoy working with numbers, the Cambria Hotel located in Fort Mill, SC could have an opportunity for you! As the Night Auditor, you will be responsible for verifying and balancing entries and records of financial transitions reported by various hotel departments during the day, using adding, bookkeeping, and calculating machines, reconciling the daily cash receipts and summary sheets of all hotel departments.
The ideal candidate will have a background in general business, accounting or vocational office training, along with one or more years of experience working with the public. Being able to wear many hats is critical as the Night Auditor has numerous responsibilities including occasionally working the front desk - welcoming guests and assisting as needed.
If you have at least three (3) months experience working as a bookkeeper, auditor or general accounting experience and understand the basics of accounting including reconciling accounts receivable, ensuring the accuracy of charges posted to guest folio's; and you understand the importance of outstanding guest service, then this could be the job for you!
