Are you our next Logistics Specialist?

If you have experience managing inbound shipments, maintaining accurate documentation, and are passionate about logistics and efficiency, we want to hear from you.
We're looking for a detail-oriented Logistics Specialist to support our operations at the Louisville facility. This is a full-time, on-site position working Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, reporting directly to the Service Center Manager.
Here's how you'll make an impact:
  • Receive, inspect, and document all inbound shipments and deliveries to the facility.
  • Organize and store materials efficiently in designated areas, maintaining up-to-date records.
  • Prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring accurate documentation of contents, delivery methods, and timelines.
  • Investigate and resolve any shipping, storage, or receiving discrepancies.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and external customers to ensure smooth operations and satisfaction.

To succeed, you will need
  • Experience & Skills: Background in shipping, receiving, or logistics
  • Technical Know-How: Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and logistics or inventory management systems.
  • Organization & Detail: Highly organized with strong attention to detail, ability to prioritize tasks and stay on top of multiple moving parts.
  • Communication: Clear and professional communicator, both written and verbal, with the ability to work well across teams and departments.
  • Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset with a hands-on, proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
  • Physical Ability: Capable of safely lifting, carrying, and moving materials as part of daily warehouse operations.
  • Education: High school diploma or GED
