As a Logistics Coordinator, youโ€™ll be at the heart of our shipping and transportation processes, ensuring freight moves smoothly and efficiently. This role requires experience necessary to manage schedules, monitor shipments, and communicate effectively with drivers and vendors. You will oversee shipment tracking and provide updates to internal teams and customers, taking full ownership of shipments from start to finish. Working in our fast-paced environment means adapting to changing priorities while maintaining a proactive approach to problem-solving.


Requirements:

To thrive in this position, you must have at least one year of experience necessary in logistics dispatching. Youโ€™ll need to bring strong organizational and multitasking skills to the table, along with proficiency in transportation management software and GPS tracking systems. Familiarity with DOT regulations and transportation practices is essential. Clear communication, both written and verbal, will allow you to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders effectively. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and additional certification in logistics or transportation is a plus.
