You will have the opportunity to focus on General Freight (Van, Flatbed, Reefer), as well as additional solutions like LTL, Sprinter Vans, Box Trucks, Hazmat, and Over-Dimensional shipments.

ยท Prospecting & Relationship Building: Proactively identify and connect with potential customers through calls, messages, and in-person visits to develop lasting business relationships.

ยท Negotiation & Deal-Making: Work directly with customers and carriers to negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions that deliver mutually beneficial outcomes and a profitable book of business.

ยท Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly goals, sales quotas, and growth expectations to contribute to the overall success of the team and the company.

ยท Experience: 2+ years of proven success in freight brokerage, logistics, or transportation sales.
