Jungle Boys is searching for a skilled and detail-oriented Regional Sales and Operations Manager responsible for managing, developing, and overseeing the growth of Jungle Boys retail stores across the Florida region. This role is responsible for establishing and maintaining patient services, overseeing and being accountable for the operations of their stores, ensuring maximum sales and profitability through merchandise, inventory, expense control, collaboration with Human Resources, and managing operating costs. The Regional Sales and Operations Manager supports the Head of Retail and all Store Managers and store team members, including training, policy and procedure updates, industry news, and product information. 

Requirements:

 Sales Management:

  • Recruit, select, develop and retain top retail and operations talent.  People enable all we do. 
  • Create an environment where employees and customers want to be and feel valued 
  • Drive profitable sales and lead to the achievement of revenue and profitability targets  
  • Demonstrate high level business insight acumen.  Develop and implement plans to maximize sales and meet or exceed goals and objectives for stores and each team member.
  • Train, supervise, and evaluate all General Managers to ensure compliance with departmental SOPs.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings and training sessions for store staff to improve product knowledge and customer service. 
  • Work with community outreach to review and maximize outreach efforts in all locations. 

 Operations Management:   

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of retail stores, ensuring compliance with state and company regulations.   
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and work with the inventory management team to optimize stock levels. Submit inventory return information on a monthly basis. 
  • Contributes to the execution of new store openings, projects, and events. 
  • Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures through regular store management and General Manager meetings, store walk-throughs monthly one-on-one meetings with General Managers, and audits.
  • Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reviews with each General Manager accompanied by written plans for improvement, as applicable.
  • Manage staffing levels, schedules, and recruitment for retail locations.  
  • Assist in training new hires and developing the team to ensure they deliver outstanding customer service.    
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, with at least 2 years in a regional or multi-store management role.
  • Strong knowledge of the cannabis industry in Florida, including regulatory requirements
  • Successful track record in recruiting high performance, driven, nice people. 
  • Proven track records of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills abilities
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.
  • Proficiency in using retail management software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Must be at least 21 years of age and pass any required background checks.

Work is performed in a manufacturing environment. The noise level in the work environment can range from low to high. Temperatures in the work environment range from cold and dry to warm and humid, respective to the product processes and plant lifecycle. The work environment requires the use of PPE at all phases, and strict cleaning and cross-contamination protocols. The product and plants are agriculture goods that have the ability to produce odors that may linger, can penetrate clothing, and heighten senses.
