Salary Range: $120,000.00 To $140,000.00 Annually

WHDH is hiring a full‑time Operations Manager to lead our team of photographers, editors, technicians and directing staff. Candidates should be adept multitaskers with extensive TV newsroom experience. They should be comfortable working in a fast‑paced, breaking news environment and able to organize and oversee daily news operations for a station that airs more than 12 hours of news each weekday. They will need to handle last‑minute changes and equipment issues under pressure. Strong communication skills, along with the ability to mentor and develop staff and foster a supportive team environment, are a must. The Operations Manager will work closely with the News Director and other newsroom and station management. This position comes with attractive benefits and a company pension. The job is 100% on‑site at the station’s downtown Boston office. WHDH‑TV is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
