Responsibilities
The Creator management team is responsible for developing and executing best-in-class approaches to growing the creator content ecosystem in line with our business product priorities via management, partnerships, programs and other key levers. This team will work closely with the Product teams to understand the different creator cohorts and their needs and set relevant priorities, and collaborate with the Publisher and XFN teams to drive efforts forward in line with the evolving content industry landscape. Responsibilities: - Develop, support and execute scaled programs (manage end to end) focussed on engaging and supporting News Creators on TikTok - Build and Manage relationships with News Creators and Journalists, supporting News content strategies and building an improved long term experience for the creators on TikTok - Work with local operations teams to localize and launch program and creator engagement in line with key business frameworks - Align on standardized, clear measurement plans in line with the product team and track engagement and program progress to goals, incorporating improvements to to optimize initiative success - Work with product team to identify potential strategic opportunities and approaches based on product roadmaps and data driven needs - Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams (e.g., Comms, GR, USDS, Legal) to operationalize and scale creator programs and engagement.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: - BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience - Display a deep understanding of the news industry/landcape in the US, with 2+ practical experience working in a newsroom or news related agency in the US - 3+ years of relevant experience in a major media or tech company, ideally with a focus on the News industry and creator landscape in the U.S. - Previous experience building relationships with creators or managing a portfolio of accounts

[For Pay Transparency]Compensation Description (Annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $88920 - $209380 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
