NewcrestImage is hiring a Room Attendant for Magnolia Dallas. NewcrestImage is hiring a Room Attendant for one of our amazing hotels within our portfolio.

  • Use correct cleaning chemicals for designated surfaces, according to OSHA regulations and hotel requirements.
  • Transport cart with cleaning supplies, amenities, and linens to assigned guest room and position securely. Return and restock cart at end of shift. May perform regular deep cleaning of all other areas of hotel as instructed.
  • Update status of rooms cleaned on assignment sheet.
  • Ensure security of any assigned guest room and room keys, privacy of guests.
  • Handle guest complaints by following procedures and ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Responsible for reporting any maintenance deficiencies and handling guest requests or complaints, seeking assistance from leadership when necessary.
  • Must be able to move continuously for an 8-10 hour shift on a hard surface.
  • Must be able to move a minimum of 20 pounds up to 5 feet high without the aid of another person.
  • Must be able to ascend to 6 feet in height on a step ladder.
  • Must be able to position one's self appropriately to efficiently make beds, carry trash, vacuum, dust, assist Guests with luggage, and set up meeting rooms.
