  • Review equipment manuals, electrical diagrams, and technical documentation to support maintenance activities.
  • Participate in troubleshooting and emergency response during critical equipment failures.

Leadership & Team Development

  • Supervise and support a team of maintenance technicians, a maintenance coordinator, and controls personnel.
  • Provide technical guidance, coaching, and mentoring to maintenance staff.
  • Assist with scheduling, workload management, and on-call rotations.
  • Help develop SOPs, MOPs, training programs, and maintenance procedures.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Customer & Operational Management

  • Serve as one of TechSite's primary points of contact with the customer, providing professional communication and operational updates.
  • Coordinate contractors, vendors, and service providers.
  • Support maintenance planning, budgeting, reporting, compliance activities, and capital improvement projects.
  • Monitor maintenance expenditures and assist with budget management.
  • Ensure contractual obligations and service level expectations are consistently achieved.

Continuous Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to improve maintenance procedures, documentation, equipment reliability, and operational efficiency.
  • Support implementation and ongoing administration of a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
  • Assist with quality initiatives and process improvements that enhance facility performance.

Safety & Compliance

  • Promote a strong safety culture.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, NFPA, company standards, and customer requirements.
  • Participate in emergency response, incident investigations, and after-action reviews.
