Compensation:

$75,000 - $105,000 at plan


Responsibilities:
  • Engage with potential clients to understand their financial goals and offer personalized insurance solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their evolving needs are met with our services.
  • Educate clients on the benefits of our insurance products, empowering them to make informed decisions.
  • Collaborate with our team to strategize and implement effective sales approaches that align with client needs.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and changes to provide clients with the most current and relevant advice.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by leveraging your expertise and our comprehensive product offerings.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and career growth potential.

Qualifications:
  • Working knowledge of financial products, the financial industry, personal financial advisor responsibilities, or financial planner roles is essential.

  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, financial planning software, Google Suite, and other tools is strongly preferred.

  • Exemplary math skills, communication skills, and relationship skills to support strong customer service for current and new clients.

  • Though not required, a valid FINRA Series 7 and 63/66 license is considered a plus.
