The Store Trainer fosters high engagement, productivity, and retention of New Members by organizing and delivering quality training experiences throughout the store. This includes delivering and supporting key elements of the New Member Connections program, Retail Ops training initiatives, and Operational Learning Pathways. Additionally, Store Trainers complete Section 2 of Form I-9 on a New Member’s hire date and help coordinate the efforts of team-based trainers. Store Trainers provide Team Trainers with consistent direction and support, guiding their training efforts more effectively.PRINCIPAL DUTIES
