About the Role

AMREP Supplier Management Services is looking for a New Product Introduction (NPI) Engineer to support the successful launch of new products from design through full production. In this role, you will collaborate with engineering teams, customers, and global suppliers to ensure products are manufacturable, meet quality standards, and are delivered on schedule.

This is a great opportunity for an engineer who enjoys working across product development, manufacturing, and supplier collaboration.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and coordinate new product introduction (NPI) activities from prototype to production
  • Work closely with engineering, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure manufacturing readiness
  • Collaborate with suppliers and contract manufacturers on prototype builds and pilot production
  • Review engineering drawings, BOMs, and technical specifications for manufacturability
  • Support engineering change orders (ECOs) and resolve technical issues during product launch
  • Assist with process documentation, validation, and quality requirements

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in NPI, manufacturing engineering, or product development
  • Experience working with suppliers or manufacturing partners
  • Strong problem-solving and project coordination skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have
