Job description

The Role

In this role, you will implement change across a range of business initiatives, applying best-in-class change management principles to improve outcomes and the employee experience. You will be part of the Change Management team within the broader Office of the CEO. The ideal candidate is highly collaborative and adaptable, nimble in fast-changing environments, comfortable with ambiguity, and strong in executive functioning (planning, prioritization, organization, and follow-through), with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Upon successful completion of training, this role will be eligible for a hybrid work arrangement.

What you will accomplish

  • Creating change management plans for initiatives acknowledging all aspects of change - analysis, plan, implementation, communication, and other associated change considerations.
  • Assessing change readiness and identifying key stakeholders.
  • Preparing impact analyses and evaluating the outcomes of implemented changes.
  • Analyzing and preparing risk mitigation tactics and processes.
  • Close collaboration with the initiative leaders to integrate change management activities into the existing project plans.
  • Managing the input and output of the change management reporting systems for projects.
  • Capturing data and defining and measuring success metrics.
  • Consulting and advising teams on change management.
  • Developing change management processes and tools to support the integration and engagement with change management principles.

What we would like you to have

  • 4-year degree or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years of experience managing initiatives with change management principles.
  • Proven in depth change management experience using a variety of change management methodologies.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in change management and communications.
  • Experience implementing changes to business processes, technologies and systems.
  • Experience in Architecture, Engineering and Construction (AEC), Change Management (CM) preferred.
  • Hands-on experience identifying problems at an early stage and effectively solving problems.ย 
  • Strong verbal and written communication capabilities.
  • Change management qualification (e.g., Prosci) preferred; certification will be provided if not currently certified, along with familiarity with Workzone concepts (experience not required) and proficiency in SharePoint and OneNote.
