The Opportunity: We are seeking a Microsoft Teams Collaboration Engineer to support and enhance enterprise collaboration and conferencing environments across a large-scale technology organization. This role focuses on Microsoft Teams infrastructure, meeting room technologies, collaboration integrations, and operational support for enterprise communication platforms.
The ideal candidate has strong experience with Microsoft Teams collaboration technologies, meeting room solutions, networking, and Power Platform integrations, along with the ability to troubleshoot and optimize enterprise collaboration environments.

  • Project Duration: 12+ Month Contract

Responsibilities
  • Configure, support, and optimize Microsoft Teams collaboration environments across enterprise platforms
  • Deploy and support Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) and video conferencing devices
  • Configure and manage Cloud Video Interop (CVI) integrations and conferencing solutions
  • Analyze meeting logs and troubleshoot collaboration, conferencing, and call quality issues
  • Develop and maintain Call Quality Dashboards and reporting solutions
  • Support integrations between Microsoft collaboration platforms and enterprise applications
  • Collaborate with infrastructure, networking, and operations teams to resolve platform issues and improve user experience
  • Support automation and workflow initiatives using Power Platform tools such as Power BI and Power Automate
  • Utilize Microsoft APIs and integration capabilities to support platform enhancements and operational efficiency
  • Maintain operational documentation, standards, and support procedures

Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience supporting Microsoft collaboration and infrastructure environments
  • Strong hands-on experience with:
    • Microsoft Teams
    • Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR)
    • CVI integrations
    • Enterprise conferencing technologies
  • Experience troubleshooting call quality, meeting performance, and collaboration platform issues
  • Strong understanding of networking concepts and cloud-based collaboration infrastructure
  • Experience with:
    • Power BI
    • Power Automate
    • Microsoft APIs and integration frameworks
  • Familiarity with:
    • Active Directory
    • SharePoint
    • OneDrive
    • Microsoft 365 administration
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications
  • Microsoft Teams or collaboration-related certifications
  • Experience supporting large-scale enterprise collaboration environments
  • Familiarity with enterprise monitoring and reporting tools
  • Experience integrating collaboration platforms with third-party applications and workflows
  • Exposure to automation and operational improvement initiatives using Power Platform technologies
