Job Description

A Fortune 500 manufacturing and aerospace giant looking for System Verification engineer for the Verification and Validation group who will be developing Flight Controls Systems Test Cases and Test Procedures from system/software requirements, initiating and conducting Test Case and Test Procedure reviews.

Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with the system/software development engineers in understanding the implementation of models related to a particular functionality to resolve testing issues and test failures.

All verification activities will be performed in compliance within DO-178B/C certification authority guidelines.


Qualifications

 A Bachelor degree or higher in Aero, EE or ME is required

 2 years of aerospace systems development or test

 Experience with embedded real time system/software development life cycle

 Experience with model development using Matlab/Simulink development tools.

 Strong knowledge of DO-178B/C "Software Considerations in Airborne Systems and Equipment Certification"
