Job description

Overview

Full-Time Physical Therapistย

Salary: $85,000-$100,000 / Yearย

Job Location: Port Charlotte, Florida

Up to $15,000 in sign-on bonuses availableย

Fitness Quest Port Charlotte is one of the rare outpatient settings where pelvic health isn't an afterthought โ€” it's a core part of what the clinic does, led by a Director who treats pelvic health patients personally and sets the clinical tone from the top down. If you're a pelvic health specialist, or a PT eager to develop in that space under direct mentorship, this is the kind of culture and caseload a new grad would be looking for.

Train under a Director with advanced manual therapy credentials in one of Florida's fastest-growing counties โ€” Charlotte County's population jumped 11% in just 20 months, with over 17,000 new housing units forecasted between 2025 and 2030. At Fitness Questย Port Charlotte, that growth means a rich, expanding patient population, real career runway, and a hands-on clinical leader who will push your manual therapy skills further than most outpatient jobs ever will. The combination of a pelvic health-treating director AND advanced manual therapy training in a booming market is genuinely compelling โ€” two very distinct specialty lanes that speak to totally different candidate profiles.ย
