Job Description:

  • Responsible for guiding 1-2 agile teams through agile development of operational baseline updates

  • Facilitate all Scrum Meetings (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives)

  • Promote Agile principles and best practices within the team and across the organization

  • Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain a well-groomed and prioritized backlog

  • Communicate project status, risks and issues to stakeholders

  • Track team performance metrics and support continuous improvement efforts

  • Identify and remove impediments to team progress.

  • Ensure transparency of progress through radiators like burndown charts, dashboards, etc

  • Ensure compliance with government regulations, reporting requirements, and security protocols

-Must have some experience in IT, Fullstack, Software, or systems engineering and working with engineering teams.
