Bob Boyte Honda - Brandon is seeking a motivated and experienced Used Car Manager to lead and oversee our used vehicle department in Brandon, MS. This role demands a dynamic individual who can drive sales, manage inventory, and ensure an exceptional customer experience while maintaining profitability and efficiency.

Responsibilities
  • Manage daily operations of the used car department, including inventory control and vehicle merchandising.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the used car sales team to meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase used car sales and gross profit.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Work closely with the new car sales team, service department, and finance team to promote overall dealership success.
  • Oversee appraisal and purchasing processes for trade-in vehicles.
