Job description


A Day In The Life:
The Manager, Parts Inventory. Order Management and Analytics will manage recycled automotive part inventory and drive sales performance through accurate inventory management, competitive pricing and efficient consumption or sale through internal or retail channels.
What You'll Do:
  • Maintain accurate inventory across multiple locations using tracking systems
  • Perform routine audits and cycle counts; resolve discrepancies and reduce loss
  • Support and maintain master data standards; fix data quality issues as identified
  • Oversee part harvesting, grading, and processing to maximize usability and sales
  • Analyze sales trends and demand to help set competitive pricing
  • Ensure inventory listings are accurate and visible across all sales channels
  • Track and report on inventory value, sales performance, and usage
  • Present insights clearly to stakeholders and cross-functional partners
  • Partner with teams across operations, finance, supply chain, and procurement
  • Set targets, build reports, and manage project execution

What We're Looking For:
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business analytics, automotive technology preferred.
  • Five (5) years minimum in inventory control, retail analytics or automotive parts operations required
  • Strong technology skills and proficiency with inventory systems (e.g. Pinnacle, Hollander, Checkmate), data visualization platforms (Power BI, Tableau, Looker) and ERP systems (Oracle experience preferred)
  • Knowledge of recycled parts grading, interchange standards and resale e-commerce platforms. Experience with automotive dismantling or salvage yard operations a plus
  • Strong financial skills and be familiar with automotive part pricing, asset management and financial analysis techniques
  • Effective communicator with good verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with and influence stakeholders at all levels across multiple functions and organizations
  • Process-oriented with a disciple of continuous improvement, problem solver, goal-oriented and flexible with ability to work effectively in ambiguous situations with little oversight
