Business Development / Account Manager (Sales) โ€“ Uniontown, OH

Sales Rep | Account Executive | Business Development | Relationship-Based Sales | Uncapped Commission

CFS is seeking a driven, client-facing Business Development / Account Manager (Sales) in Uniontown, OH. If youโ€™re energized by building relationships, developing new business, and growing accounts, this is a high-impact sales role with unlimited earning potential.

This is a true relationship-focused sales positionโ€”youโ€™ll develop new clients, earn their trust, and become their go-to partner for staffing and recruiting solutions. Youโ€™ll sell directly to HR, finance, and accounting leaders, helping them solve hiring challenges while you grow your own book of business.

From the first conversation to long-term account management, youโ€™ll own the entire sales cycle and continue to strengthen client relationships long after placements are made.

What Youโ€™ll Do

  • Build and grow a pipeline through outbound sales, prospecting, and cold calling
  • Develop new business by connecting with decision-makers and uncovering hiring needs
  • Use a consultative approach to sell staffing and recruiting services to accounting, finance, and HR leaders
  • Manage the full sales processโ€”from initial outreach to closing deals and expanding accounts
  • Strengthen relationships post-placement to drive repeat business and long-term partnerships
  • Stay connected with clients through phone, email, video, and in-person meetings
  • Become a trusted advisor who understands client needs and delivers solutions

Why Sales Professionals Thrive Here

  • 100% employee-owned (ESOP) โ€“ build wealth while you build your client base
  • Uncapped commission โ€“ your income grows with every relationship you develop
  • Competitive base salary + commission ($60Kโ€“$100K+ potential)
  • Hands-on training and ongoing sales development and coaching
  • Advancement path into senior sales or leadership roles
  • A culture that supports independence, accountability, and strong performance
  • National company with a close-knit, team-first environment

What You Bring

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, account management, recruiting, or other client-facing roles (internships included)
  • Confidence in cold calling, prospecting, and relationship-building conversations
  • Strong communication skillsโ€”you know how to connect, influence, and earn trust
  • A natural ability to develop and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Motivation to hit goals, close deals, and grow your income
  • A proactive mindsetโ€”you donโ€™t wait for opportunities, you create them

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary + uncapped commission (typical earnings $60,000โ€“$100,000+)
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) โ€“ share in company success
  • Health, dental, vision, life insurance
  • Flexible spending accounts (FSA) + commuter benefits
  • 4 weeks PTO + paid holidays
  • Hybrid schedule after initial training and on-boarding
