Job description

The Acquisition & Lifecycle Marketing team partners across Asset Management channels to build more connected, insight-led marketing-bringing together strategy, data, and technology to improve outcomes and execution speed. We are hiring a digital-first marketer to help activate a new acquisition strategy focused on financial advisors, while also strengthening integrated marketing planning and implementation across channels.  This is an individual contributor role requiring strong cross-functional leadership, comfort operating in ambiguity, and a passion for continuous learning.

As the Digital Acquisition Senior Associate (US Advisor) within Asset & Wealth Management, you will launch and optimize a new advisor acquisition approach across key touchpoints-websites/landing pages, advisor/platform communications, webinars/events, and email-using a disciplined test-and-learn approach tied to measurable growth in new producers. You will drive acquisition activation, integrated communications, and marketing enablement initiatives across AM channels.

Job Responsibilities
  • Activate the new financial advisor acquisition strategy end-to-end (plan, launch, measure, optimize) across priority channels and platforms.
  • Partner with channel stakeholders to develop segmentation, messaging, and journey approaches aligned to advisor needs and actions throughout the funnel.
  • Improve website and landing page performance (with web/product partners) through testing roadmaps, content/messaging recommendations, and conversion insights.
  • Lead advisor/platform communications and webinar/event marketing workflows in collaboration with internal partners-ensuring coordinated messaging and strong execution.
  • Collaborate with marketing directors, copywriters, and stakeholders to create messaging that promotes investment solutions and thought leadership, and clearly articulates outcomes.
  • Identify and manage initiatives that scale, drive efficiencies, and improve speed-to-market; implement best-practice protocols that raise execution quality.
  • Own performance measurement for acquisition initiatives and related KPIs; translate data into insights and clear recommendations for stakeholders.
  • Leverage marketing technology to improve processes and productivity, including automation and personalization opportunities; represent the marketer's perspective in tech initiatives.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
  • 5+ years of relevant marketing experience (flexible depending on demonstrated scope and impact).
  • Demonstrated acquisition marketing and/or lifecycle marketing capability, with comfort driving performance through testing and optimization.
  • Strong analytical orientation: able to define KPIs, interpret performance, and turn insights into actions.
  • Strong project management and operating rigor: exceptional attention to detail, ability to manage multiple workstreams, and comfort shifting priorities quickly.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to build credibility and influence across a matrixed organization.
  • Experience with MarTech and marketing workflow tools, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Workfront.
  • Strong risk and controls mindset.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
  • Experience marketing to financial advisors and/or working in intermediary distribution contexts.
  • Familiarity with website testing and personalization tools (e.g., Adobe Target).
  • Exposure to marketing automation and/or AI-enabled workflows (e.g., journey automation, experimentation acceleration, content operations automation).
  • Consumer marketing background a plus.
