The Role:
We're looking for a highly technical, analytical, and strategic Senior Growth Marketing Manager, Acquisition & Paid to join our B2C marketing team. You will work closely with our current agency to be the "architect" and the "voice" of our marketing channel execution, strategy, and day to day operations.
You will own DailyPay's owned expansion channels, and paid media strategy, spanning paid social, search, B2C website, landing page, display, and programmatic, while understanding and working closely with the B2C Email lifecycle team (email, SMS, push) as supporting conversion tools.
How You Will Make an Impact:
  • Own & Scale Strategy: Partner with our agency to launch and manage paid media across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Google, Bing, and programmatic with a mandate to launch and test.
  • Build the Engine: Define channel mix, budget allocation, bidding strategies, and audience targeting frameworks for always-on programs.
  • New acquisition: Operate with high autonomy to identify, build business cases for, and stand up new acquisition channels from the ground up.
  • Full-Funnel Management: Optimize campaigns from awareness to activation, targeting CAC, CPA, and ROAS.
  • Experimentation: Drive growth through a performance-first approach, implementing rigorous A/B and multivariate testing across all paid and owned entry points.

  • Audience Segmentation: Leverage first-party data and lookalike modeling to find high-quality consumers.
  • Creative & Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with email marketing team, PMM, and creative teams to develop and test high-performing ad formats (static, video, dynamic) that resonate with our core audience.
  • Conversion Optimization: Partner with data and product to improve conversion entry points, landing pages and the click-to-enroll journey.
  • Executive Presence: Translate technical marketing complexities and attribution data into clear, strategic recommendations for C-level leaders and stakeholders.

What You Bring to The Team:
  • Experience: 7+ years in B2C performance/growth marketing at a high scaling/changing or start up style company with hands-on ownership of paid social or search.
  • Scale: Proven track record of building acquisition programs from scratch (managing $2M-$5M budgets), not just managing existing ones.
  • Platform Expertise: Deep knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, or programmatic DSPs.
  • Analytical Rigor: Fluent in performance data, attribution models, and A/B testing discipline. A strong grasp of experimentation design, multi-touch attribution, and funnel measurement. You can translate raw data into strategic recommendations.
  • Project Command: Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to navigate multiple high-priority workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Executive Presence: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate technical complexities for C-level leaders and non-technical stakeholders.
  • The Builder Mindset: A proactive, problem-solving approach to scaling systems and a passion for high-quality documentation.
  • Experience scaling B2C marketing channels within Fintech or industries with non-linear customer channels & journeys.

Nice to Haves:
  • Industry: Experience in FinTech, financial services, or B2B2C environments.
  • Tech Stack: Familiarity with MTA Iterable, Twilio, PendoTech Stack: Familiarity with modern growth and analytics architecture, including product analytics (Amplitude, Pendo), Mobile Measurement Partners (Branch, Adjust, AppsFlyer), and lifecycle/engagement platforms (Iterable, Twilio)., or MMPs (Adjust, AppsFlyer).
  • Specialized Knowledge: Understanding of multi-touch attribution and privacy regulations (iOS 14+, GDPR)
