The System Administrator I works collaboratively with IT team members, vendors, and end users to ensure reliable, secure, and efficient technology services while delivering excellent customer support and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
System Administrator I Responsibilities:
  • Provide second-level technical support for hardware, software, server, network, and application issues.
  • Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows server environments, Active Directory, virtualization platforms, and enterprise infrastructure.
  • Install, configure, upgrade, and support servers, storage, networking, and IT systems.
  • Manage help desk tickets and deliver timely, customer-focused technical support.
  • Monitor system performance, backups, security, and availability to ensure reliable IT operations.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, standard operating procedures, and disaster recovery processes.
  • Collaborate with IT team members, vendors, and business departments on technology projects and system improvements.

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field preferred.
