  • Experience with Arista switches including CVP, Cisco routers and switches (Nexus), network monitoring and
  • management platforms including SolarWinds including NCM, and Cisco DNA, Wireshark packet analysis,
  • Python scripting and automation, and dynamic routing protocols (BGP, EIGRP, OSPF, IS-IS). Good analytical
  • and problem-solving skills.
  • Design, deploy, and manage Cisco wireless networks, including access points, controllers, and related infrastructure.
  • Understanding corporate and guest wifi network.
  • Understanding of wireless authentication method WEP, WPA, WPA2, WPA3, 802.1x/EAP
  • Wireless encryption method AES, TKIP, GCMP
  • Wireless Infrastructure mode terminology like BSS, BSA, SSID, BSSID, ESS, IBSS
  • Understanding of wireless standard RF spectrum and channels
  • Understanding different AP architecture autonomous, cloud based and lightweight
  • Understanding CAPWAP operation.
  • Familiarity with network security protocols and best practices
  • Perform network assessments and site surveys to determine optimal wireless coverage and capacity.
  • Configure and troubleshoot wireless LANs (WLANs) and related protocols (e.g., 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/ax).
  • Stay up to date with the latest wireless technologies and industry trends to recommend improvements.
  • Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) Wireless or higher certification preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Cisco wireless technologies, including Cisco Wireless LAN Controllers (WLC) and
  • Cisco Prime Infrastructure.
  • Hands-on experience in network technologies like routing, switching, LAN, WAN, Wireless LAN.
  • Administration of Cisco router, Cisco and Arista switch, Access point, Wireless LAN Controller, SolarWinds.
  • Independently handling major incident and actively participate in troubleshooting bridge call
  • Arista MLAG, EOS, CVP, AVD
  • Experience on network automation tool Ansible, Python scripting
  • Subject Matter Expert in routing protocol BGP, EIGRP, IS-IS, OSPF.
  • Experience on MPLS network and Cisco Catalyst SDWAN technology
  • Understanding VPN technology
  • Understanding industrial Cisco router and switches
  • Clear understanding on backbone network and data center network
  • Network L3 skills in Routing, Switching, Wireless LAN, SolarWinds,
  • Clear understanding and troubleshooting skills in LAN/WAN/ Data center Network infrastructure.
  • Experience in working with different vendors like Cisco, Arista TAC / RMA process.
  • Incident, Change, problem request and service request Management
  • ability to analyze, troubleshoot, coordinate and resolve complex network issues and projects. Participate in a
  • rotating on-call schedule to provide 24x7 support.
  • Provide Network Operations support in EST hours 8 AM to 5 PM during weekdays. After office hours and weekend
  • rotational on-call support.
